 By Paul ScicchitanoNetherlands-Based KEMA Quality, which has certified thousands of management systems and products around the world, has been acquired by a German firm for an undisclosed sum. With 600 employees, KEMA Quality now becomes part of DEKRA, a leading European testing firm.
